Called to Be a Spiritual Companion?
This is a great read about the need for spiritual friendships in our lives as well as insights into both individual and small group spiritual direction. There are thoughtful reflections at the end of each chapter and a great list of resources for further reading. I recommend this book for anyone discerning or reaffirming a call to spiritual companionship or spiritual direction.

Simple Picture Book About Divorce/Separation
A very good picture book about having two homes when parents may be separated or divorced.

Talking About Divorce with Young Children
One of the few good books I have found to talk about divorce with young children, especially if your child is spending time with mom during the week and dad on weekends. The story also reassures children that "Mama will always be your Mama" and "Daddy will always be your Daddy" and that they will both "always love you very much"...
