Used to replace plastic vent
Used this unit to replace an all plastic louvered vent that had to be replaced every couple of years due to the plastic drying out, getting brittle, then breaking with a strong wind.
I had to widen the opening by 1/4", then it went right in.
Definitely looks more durable than the plastic one I replaced. Time will tell...
