A Good Listen
If you are into the character of Gabriel DuPrie and Peter Bowen's other standard characters, this is the same good read (listen) as the rest.

Not the AM "SuperRadio" Expected
2 of 2 found this helpful While the FM channels are clearer than "normal" and the sound is good, I purchased this for AM channels.
However, AM is still AM in rural areas. With a name "SuperRadio" one would expect something just a little more above normal and the usual. PROS: Large size, good speakers, and heavy enough not to fall over if it is accidentally bumped. CONS: "normal" AM reception, frequency scale is off. 97.7 FM comes in at almost 100.0, and 58.0 AM comes in at almost 60.0. Not lighted in frequency window making tuning difficult in low light areas. If you expect a SUPER radio you might be somewhat disappointed. While I was disappointed I gave it 4 stars because it was better than what I had. Would I buy again? Not if I had a better choice at a better price.
