Make sure your ESC is strong enough
1 of 1 found this helpful Needs an external BEC to supply enough power for it to work on some ESCs. For me, it wouldn't work on a Castle Sidewinder 3 ESC yet it worked with a cheap MST crawler esc because it supplied enough juice to operate it. The Castle would shut off my receiver when I turned the wheels.
