The Force Is WIth This Animated Star Wars Series
1 of 1 found this helpful It may be animated, which many want to immediately dismiss, but this series has fine storyline development and it does integrate well with the feature films. Stories can be complex and it does catch a lot of the spirit of the original trilogy. Just for kids? I think not. It does contain some adult content, although it isn't obvious to children. Some times the violence can also be a bit intense.
The set comes with extras and includes a small hard back book featuring concept art from the series. As with DVDs, it is great to watch the series without commercials!!!

Well done documentary
Indeed these are characters, as you would see very early on; however, each are a musical genius who love what they do and work wonderfully together. This tells the musical development of the 60s and how those great songs of that era came to be. They were called the wrecking crew, but they were far from that. They helped to create the soundtrack of my life. I've already watched it three times. I'll most likely watch it again before the week is out.
