    Appropriately packaged,as described, and a great value. The laptop appearance was close to new. I am very impressed with the company! Thanks guys. Their shipping policy is top notch. (The only problem was that the USPS gave the package a weeks vacation in Indianapolis, IN. they used to put place names with their tracking process, guess not showing them hides their responsibility. USPS is the only shipper named in the U.S. Constitution.)

    The laptop was in pristine condition. Good packaging and fast shipping. The item was advertised with a 93% capacity battery but upon receiving it the battery would not charge. Laptop must have over discharge beyond the low limit after testing. Beware. Seller offered to return it, but a new battery solved the issue.
