It does its job, setup was difficult
2 of 4 found this helpful This was labeled as new, but I think it was refurbished or something because there was a cable missing and the software isn't even Windows 10 compatible; made set up incredibly difficult. The printer couldn't even access the internet to finish desktop installation until I set it up on my tablet first. It prints, prints well, but that setup...goodness.
