1 of 2 found this helpful Hummingbirds return, so I'm happy. Easy to mix. Red color. I will buy again. Edit: I have been using this for two years now. My hummingbird population is increasing. Directions don't require spring water but I use it in my mixture. It appears to improve attraction. I like this stuff.

Improvement at age 63
1 of 1 found this helpful I am 63 years old (male) and quit weight and resistance training around 45 years old. I just recently began a new gym membership and cannot offer a muscle enhancement report. I was quite developed at a younger age and pumping up is not much of a concern - easy, in fact. But I can report my sexual interest has escalated after 5 weeks of daily use. Thumbs up!!!!!!! The pill is a huge capsule shaped tablet. Some will be shocked by the size.
