What a BEAST:-)
This ceramic rod is a BEAST when you hold it in your hand it feels like a baseball bat and I mean that in a good way. The ceramic rod is really 1 inch in diameter which is fantastic and 9 3/4 inches in length and the BEAST weighs in at 1lb 2oz or 494 gm. This should last a lifetime if you don't drop it. Best ceramic sharpening rod I have ever owned.:-) 20STARS********************:-)
