I have 3 different kits. One has the Aquarian and 2 have the Emads. While both Are great drum heads, I prefer the Emads. They have a nice controlled sound with some real power behind them. I also put the Emad on my 16” Tom and 20” Gong Tom. They sound incredible!! I highly recommend them!

Loving the PDP Concept Series!

I have an obelisk kit (Canadian Maple) and a Mapex Armory kit. Love them both! But I’m getting older and they are both huge kits. So I got this PDP Concept kit for simpler set-up. That was purely my goal. But they sound incredible! I couldn’t be more happy with sound and I am having a blast playing them! The pic I saw of the Tobacco Fade looked dark brown and kinda ugly. But I got a great buy so I went for it. These are gorgeous! I don’t know if they took a picture of them in a broom closet or what...but they are beautiful. If you’re looking for a budget type kit but don’t want to sacrifice quality, I highly recommend the PDP Concept series. Nice job, DW!!
