Office 2010 still works like a champ
1 of 1 found this helpful Despite this version being 10 years old, it is affordable, and works fine as a replacement for the 2010 Student version, which only allowed a limited number of reinstallations. Office Home and Business is perfect for budgeting spreadsheets and occasional documents, and when used with the Windows 10 PDF printer there is no reason to pay more to be "in the cloud".

Great Zelda glasses for big Zelda fans
Somewhat overpriced, but since this pair is a rare item, I'm happy it was available at any price.

Great replacement for WHS v1
1 of 2 found this helpful I was glad to finally locate one of these servers; they are not readily available.
First the good points:The initial setup went well. I used a small TV as a monitor and a wireless USB keyboard and mouse for the this stage, and everything worked as expected. I put in a 1TB hard drive to start with, and others will be transferred out of my old server when I'm ready. I was able to set up user accounts and basic folders, and the server itself was prepared. After I finally got my first client computer connected (see below), the initial automatic backup went off without a hitch.
The bad: I uninstalled the connector for Windows Home Server, and was expecting to install the Windows Server Essentials connector simply by providing a URL, per the instructions. THIS IS NOT THE CASE FOR WINDOWS 10 CLIENTS. The included connector does not recognize anything newer than Windows 8.1, so I researched and found how to download a Windows Update to the client and manually install it. Then things progressed as expected.
Overall I am pleased with this purchase, but I wrote this review as a cautionary tale so others don't think this is as simple as moving a cable from an old server to the new one.
