You get what you pay for
1 of 1 found this helpful Im not sure what the deal is, if this is how sprint drive works and if all devices are like this or if its just the one I got.. The device took a week to get itself set up and up to date/real time with everything. Hotspot is very limited and hit or miss. I'd rather pay $50 for unlimited hotspot on my phone then to pay $25 a month for unlimited limitness. Device was shipped quickly. Box intact. Appears to be brand new.. but likely defective.
