2 of 2 found this helpful I believe EVERYONE...I MEAN EVERYONE should read this book, especially if your a little older & fighting a little sparetire syndrome!!!! It will open your eyes to the fact that even the medical community gets it wrong sometimes.
I have changed my eating habits & bought a bowflex machine, & in just three weeks have seen a marked improvment in my blood sugar levels. I am now down below 100 almost every morning. I'm winning!!!!
