Good for extended wear - comfortable & light weight
If these could attenuate just a bit more they would be great. They are easy to insert and remain comfortable for a long time and hardly noticeable to someone sitting near you. They make a great seal in you ear canals and the silicone rubber is soft and easy to clean with a wipe of water or alcohol. That said, there was a little more loss in fidelity and the 12db attenuation was enough for some showroom shows we attended on our recent cruise. However, these could not stand up to the higher volume of the blues club in the more confined lounge space. Well worth the investment.

Made load music enjoyable - no loss of tone quality - no plugged up feeling - just a little discomfortable
Great product! We bought these for the very load music that we experience on cruises. Holland America thinks us old geezers are hard of hearing, but they are creating hearing problems for us with the load music. These are very effective if you are wearing them for 1 hour or maximum 2 hours as they get a bit uncomfortable. If you adjust their position a little bit occasionally you can keep them in longer. Compared the the Fender plugs we also tried, the tone quality is truer and the noise reduction is 50% more at 18db versus 12db but you could leave those others in all day. The music can still seem loud but not painful since things like the bass drum and bass guitar are attenuated while the singer still comes through clear. Light weight and easy to insert by following the instructions provided. We even wore these during a lifeboat drill and were right next to the outdoor speakers where the captain's voice was booming over at a painful level and they worked!!!!

Smells nice
Nice lavender scented. Easy to use.
