Not only an extra round, but also more comfortable in the palm than original PG-43.
I already owned three Glock G43 magazines on which I had installed the Pearce Grip PG-43 pinky extension. Great product; gives you much more solid control of your aim. New "plus one" pinky grip became available, so bought another flat bottom G43 magazine and installed the larger, more rounded edge PG-43+1. It's so great an improvement in the solid feel of the small weapon in your grip, aside from the benefit of 7 + 1 rounds over 6 + 1 rounds, that I purchased three more PG-43+1 and junked the original PG-43 pinky grips. ALSO, buy the Hogue rubber butt sleave for the G42/G43. Black looks like it's perfect OEM. Pink, on the other hand......

If you own a Glock G42 or G43.
Fits perfectly and looks so good, you might think it's original Glock. The butt on the G43 is so thin in width it is too small for my average size hand grip. With the Hogue installed, I get a much firmer and more comfortable grip.

You need an experienced Gunsmith to instal rear sight.
0 of 1 found this helpful Everything about the Ameriglo sights is first rate: design, quality of manufacture, brightness of Tritium dot and phosphor luminescent paint, sight picture for acquiring the target and aiming quickly. However, the dovetail on the rear sight is 5/100 m.m. larger than on stock Glock rear plastic sight. I made no progress in trying to tap in the sight with a Delrin punch and small hammer, and was going to buy a screw press sight installation tool. That would not have worked, either. My neighbor is an NCIS Special Agent whose father is an experienced Gunsmith. It took him quite a bit of work to trim the steel with a diamond coated file before he could press in the sight with his professional installation tool. I love the sights now that they are installed. The front is no problem to swap, just a thin walled 3/16" socket and medium strength 242 Blue Locktite. The rear is not DIY, even if you have a screw sight press, it requires experienced gunsmithing work to instal.
