Very Effective Window Vac
Easy to use tool that enables dry, mostly smear-free windows. A quick wipe with a microfibre cloth after vacuum clears up any tiny amount of remaining water on the glass. One charge vacuumed all our windows - including the conservatory.

Detailed account of a critical WWII campaign.
I first read this book almost 50 years ago. I bought it again through e-bay recently and it is every bit as good as I remember it. It is an excellent read and captures the awful nature of the conflict in Normandy from both sides involved. Also there are accounts of what happened to the civilian population so often caught up in terrifying events as they steamrollered over them. There are many personal accounts of particular events from eyewitnesses on both sides interviewed by the author who also served in WWII. Even knowing the final outcome parts of the narrative have you on the edge of your seat as battles develop and disaster looms; particularly the allied aerial assault on Caen and the very costly operation Goodwood attack.

Useful modelling Tools
The soldering iron heats up quickly and is far better than the much more expensive iron I bought years ago. The helping hands need careful adjustment to facilitate working with small items but, once in place, the magnifier eases focussing on small details.
