Used Kaito KA332W Weather Radio with AM/FM Flashlight Solar and Crank Green

Wasn't expecting a lot, got even less..

Bought as used, the radio that came looks new, package and all. (that's the good) There is a plastic window for a solar panel But there is no panel. I Charged the built in battery for 3 hours as instructed in the directions, the radio played for 10 minutes and the battery was dead. Hey it plays loud and clear as long as you're cranking the dyno tho your listening choices will be limited. FM I managed a couple stations, AM is/was nil, nota, nothing. NOAA did come in good. My biggest complaint is the lack of solar charging/power, The radio is listed as having dyno, solar and battery. Did I receive an odd ball, maybe but there is a nice plastic plate that says "dynamo multifunctional radio am/fm/noaa weather band" where the solar panel is supposed to be..

Fast does not make it good..

The "Darlings" have haunted my mind ever since they invaded Mayberry. However I am disappointed in this CD. Playing Bluegrass as fast as ya can does not make it better or even good, This whole CD is as if the Boys were in a hurry to get it over with.. Come on fellas, mix up the tempo a bit..

An over powered drone machine covers up beautiful melodies..

Way to much drone, the melodies are wonderful but very hard to hear under the drone machine, it's as if the engineer got the volume knobs mixed up (reversed)? For me it rates 2.5 to 3 stars, had the drone and melody volumes been reversed it would have been an easy 5 star cd..
