work well with most handguns
These hangers work well. They will not work with scoped handguns or long barrel (8" range) revolvers. I recommend the gluing protective tips on to prevent the possibility of leaving it in a barrel. Do not work with 22 caliber with the tip in place. I did not like having the unprotected metal in my barrel so I do not use these with 22's.
