  Excellent communication. Arrived as described and well packed. Unfortunately, it took a little more time and effort to install than it should have. Just some bad timing due to the ISP auto-updating the firmware while I was configuring a new SSID for the Wifi. This caused the box to lockup requiring me to do a factory reset. Along with having to download the Nokia app to finally re-configure the SSID . 4+ hours for a 15 minute job. Not the seller's fault. An easy, pleasant transaction otherwise.
