    The item was delivered on time. The packaging was for the most part well done. The issues were when we attempted installation of the motorized arm. The unit was clearly returned to the vendor because of a smashed plastic shroud surrounding the motor. It also had the power cable cut in two places. Fortunately this was a replacement job so we had a donor arm available to replace broken items. In spite of these issues it still seemed a fairly good purchase. Seller should be more transparent.
