Seller told me it was in full working order and tested with a tape prior to purchase. On arrival, Tape tray was open when packaging was removed and didn’t accept any tapes. Seller lied and has wasted my time. Not responding to any of my messages now. Returning item for full refund. Very disappointed with seller �� Don’t know why seller can’t be honest when selling electrical items.

The seller assisted us for an easy pick up on route home from our daughters. Was a pleasure to meet and talk to, and the item was perfect and as described. Oil pipe fittings to tube are poor
Pipes blown off their fittings on two occasions costing me 6 litres of oil each time. I had two new pipes made up with proper seals and everything ok now. The company offered me £10 compensation which is ridiculous. I am out of pocket to the tune of £175 because of this products poor design. Best to buy a cooler kit without these pipes and get some made up professionally
