will not call undue attention to itself
We were searching for a suitable orchestra stand lamp for quite some time, but practically every make and model we saw was WAY overkill. Most came equipped with a flexible goose neck, which, from the audience standpoint, looks somewhat akin to the alien space ship from The War of the Worlds. This particular USB Rechargeable bookmark light, however - is a savior. It provides the correct amount of illumination for playing music in a darkened room, but it's slim silhouette, as well as it's professional appearance, will maintain a low profile, and will not call undue attention to itself.

these behind-the-ear type earmuffs actually come in three sizes
Okay - one of the 'watch-out's' that you are going to need to watch out for, is that, regardless of the manufacturer, these behind-the-ear type earmuffs actually come in three sizes. The smallest measures thirteen inches (13"), from end to end, and is intended primarily for children. The next larger size is made for women and the largest size (that is this particular unit), measures seventeen and one half inches (17-1/2"), from end to end, large enough for the largest man. Please note that the actual width of the ear muffs remains the same, throughout all three sizes. Additionally, each of the three sizes is expandable, but only up to a point, perhaps one-half inch (1/2"), at maximum. All three sizes are designed to be worn behind the head, rather than on top of the head. Please be aware that the inner band portion is made of plastic (polystyrene), which can be rolled up into sort of a ball, and will fit easily into your outerwear pocket, but CANNOT be made to lay flat, else the plastic band will break in half in two places. Should you have no pockets available, the earmuffs can always be carried coiled around the wearer's upper arm, if need be. This is a good point to remember, since the earmuffs provide a considerable amount of protection against the elements, and you are likely going to need to remove them every time you go back indoors, which can be a hassle. Otherwise, be prepared to be sweating your keyster off in these things, as they are really quite warm.

this machine allows user to gently stretch hamstrings without that painful burning sensation
The bicep femoris, or the "hamstring" muscles in the back of the thigh, tend to stiffen up and shorten with age and lack of use. They are the same muscles that are required to tie one's shoelaces.
The bicep femoris is engaged at the mid-range by way of performing thigh curls and at the extension and contraction by way of performing stiff-legged deadlifts with a light poundage. Unfortunately, as one grows older, performing stiff-legged deadlifts can place an enormous amount of strain on the lower inside of the knee joint. Additionally, yoga-type exercises, while generally gentler on the joints than load-bearing weight training exercises, still place too much stress on the knee joints.
That is where the Element Fitness Commercial Stretch Machine enters into play and is a savior. The machine situates the user in an ergonomically correct position to be able to very gently - yet effectively - stretch out the entire hamstring area, without placing undue stress on the joints. You can still perform what is essentially a stiff-legged deadlift, only without a great deal of the painful burning sensation normally associated with training that particular area.
