  Pros: Item as-described, shipped quickly. Cons: No seller communication whatsoever, the biggest problem was that the seller took the manufacturer's display box, not the shipping box, but the internal display/retail box and just tossed it into a flimsy laptop sized-box with no packing material whatsoever, none. This laptop has two glass screens and is expensive, it's nothing short of a miracle that it got here in one piece since it was rattling around in the flimsiest of boxes with zero packing.
