  First it took almost three weeks before I got this item. Seller said they were looking for a box. Once received the clock was broken. The minute hand wouldn't work. It just hung in the 6 o'clock position. Contacted seller, he asked for photo , which I sent but no response. It is going to cost me $11 to replace the hands so they work. In his only email he said that this was broken when he bought it and that he "fixed" it by putting minute hand on gear and suggested I do the same thing. Really!!!!
