Perfect repair

Fostex 6301B is the industry standard
These things show up everywhere. There are quite a few versions of it but even the old ones are perfectly fine. The two I purchased came without knobs, and though I could have purchase originals, I went with an alternate that I’m happy with. Just be sure to get a knob with a 6mm central shaft width, and no more than 20mm diameter. These two speakers were very old and it was best to redo the foam surrounds. They sounded good before, and it took a few hours to remove the old surrounds and replace them, and now they sound great. These things are workhorses, always on a freelance video shoot. Built like tanks, rugged, sound great… what more do you need?
