It's worth the money.
I've been using this product fo at least 25 years and have never had a problem. It was recommended to me by an dye doctor.

Replacement Kit For MOEN 1225 / 1225B Stem Cartridge - Made in the USA
It worked perfectly. The instructions that were included with the cartridge were easy to understand and very helpful. The product was well built.

Protecta RTU Mouse Bait Station
I had two of them and I bought two more. They were placed against the walls about three feet apart. They seem to have worked well because I have not seen any traces of mice or their droppings since they were ut in place. I would definitly recommend them. They are sturdy and should last for quite a while.
