Doesn’t seem to be new
The toy looks alright. However, it seems like it’s been re-painted. It has air bubbles all over, so in my opinion it doesn’t look legit. Also, it does not come in the original packing that you buy on any other brand store. If you have a 2 yr old boy who will literally destroy it, I do recommend it, but if you want it to be a collectible item, sure not.
