1 of 1 found this helpful Excellent well written book. Lots of lists for a far more definitive look at what to eat, what not to eat and what to eat in very small portions. The hardest problem for me is what and how much to eat. Excellent guidebook for this purpose.

Great as a portable but SW Not so much
Sound is good for AM and FM and stations are clear but, SW is useless or I can't figure out what the secret is. All static on all SW bands although I did hear some Morse code fairly clear. Probably is a good local band radio but not SW.
