Genuine OEM LG 3911EZ9131X Dryer Side or Bottom Venting Kit

Overpriced, but good fit on my dryer

Ordered this after buying my dryer and determining side venting would work better in my case. Found a seller with expedited 2-day shipping (for extra money) since I was late to order. Seller ended up shipping ground not shipping 2-day, but refunded my extra shipping. Still messed up my weekend. Product fit well. Installed without taking dryer apart. You will need foil (metal) vent tape in addition to this kit to keep the side exit pipe from coming loose from the elbow. Pipe stuck out of the side plenty for me to attach additional connection to exterior. My dryer was DLE3170W

Breaks easy

This thing broke on first attempt to use it. Cheap plastic handle came disconnected from body of storage container and didn't seem to fit back due to poor plastic molding. Locking catch broke loose from main storage piece trying to pull it away from top piece to release. Just too cheaply made and fragile.

Inconsistant design/ quality

I was disappointed in this "made in China" set of German manufacturer bits. You don't have to look hard to see inconsistencies in the blades. For instance, one bit has no points on the business end, and on others the points are small. I only needed one bit but bought the set since I always seem to "need one bit" and end up with an incomplete set. I won't use these for precision hole drilling, so guess they will work.
