Budget friendly and easy to overclock

760K by AMD has 4 cores and performs really well. With 3rd party air cooler I was able to push it from 3.8GHz to 4.2GHz without any problems. It would probably go more if liquid cooling would be used. Budget friendly, plenty of power and lots of room to overclock
