Bad Hard Drive. Seagate will not honor warranty

Seagate basically does not warrenty this hard drive if you dont buy it directly from them. If it dies or gives poor performance like mine, your stuck. Another of example why our economy is going down the flush. Hence a bargain is no longer a bargain and marketing definitely does not cut the mustard. Shame on Seagate/Maxtor. I have purchased many Seagate/Maxtor hard drives in the past internal and external, After learning this it will be the very last.
