Another homerun for Micro-Trains!

The casting for the body is exceptionally well done, and the lettering/livery is crisp and vibrant. This is an excellent model.

Centralia Car Shops cabooses are worth a look.

The caboose is well-made and features a lot of good detail. The paint and lettering is crisp, and it rolls smoothly. A nice additional to our layout.

A great value on a well-made and smooth running model.

This model offers a wonderful value for the money. The drivetrain is smooth, the molded and hand-applied details on the shell are well done, and the paint/markings are smooth an vivid. Albeit the quality of the sound (specifically the horn and bell) may not be quite en par with that of upper echelon offerings from Proto 2000, Broadway Limited or Athearn Genesis, the diesel engine sound has a nice growl that is as good as models twice as much. All in all, a very good model - and great addition to my motive power stable.
