Disappointing for a vacuum bag
The bags are strong. However, this is the product's shortcoming for a vacuum sealer compatible bag. It lacks the flexibility to form a good seal on a major brand vacuum sealer. I own and have used other brands with similar construction that do not work with vacuum sealers. For those, I use an impulse sealer. I have purchased other brands that are textured and work quite well with vacuum sealers. This brand of bag will seal well with an impulse sealer, but because of it's stiffness and lack of texture, I have not been successful with extracting air with my vacuum sealer. The labeling misled me to believe that it was suitable for vacuum sealing
