Improves Red Wine A Lot!
I love a glass or two of red wine in the evening before bed, but I don't have a lot of money to spend on wine so I've been buying $10 Merlot at the super market.
It took a bit of getting used to, even after being allowed to breathe for an hour or so, which I often forgot to do ahead of time. Now, I don't have to!
Pop the cork and pour. Wine tastes as good as some fine wines I've had, and much better than before I bought this little gem.

BETTER ALTERNATIVES
2 of 3 found this helpful About half as long as the standard 16-50 mm kit lens and only about 1 f-stop faster, there isn't much good about this lens considering its poor performance, which is why it was discontinued. To make your camera "pocketable", I recommend the current 20 mm version which is the same size as the 16 but is a considerable improvement over the kit lens. Every review I could find says the same thing. And you can add the .75X wide adapter to get a 15 mm view with about the same overall size as the kit lens but 1 stop faster and vastly improved quality.
