Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise-Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones - Silver

Great headphones when they workedbut (DON'T TRUST EBAY'S WARRENTY).

When I received the headphones, they were in great and clean condition. They worked great for about a year and a half. They started having issues in which the headphones started to screech and the bluetooth was not connecting well as well as a noticeable sound delay on bluetooth. I tried to contact the insurance to file a claim, but they were not able to locate the insurance policy. It was difficult to get in touch with ebay customer support and when I did, one representative told me they do not provide insurance for refurbished items and that the things I see on the product page were only advertisements. I spoke with a different representative, he was less rude, but was not able to help me either. I am giving the 1 star because ebay does not honor their 2 year warranty. These headphones are not a cheap product and I expected them to work for more than a year and a half. I would highly suggest that if you are buying these to make sure you have you're insurance set in the first 30 days or return them immediately. Overall these headphones produce good quality audio on android and pc but I wouldn't get them if I want to use them with apple products at least in this price range. I have used them on my PC, mac, android, and iphone. They sound best on the android especially combined with their app. At this price range I would get air pods pro if I have apple products.
