Great Shortwave Radio For Someone On A Tight Budget
I have had this radio before, and the reason why I had to buy another one is because I gave the 1st generation copy to a next door neighbor. It was first discovered from some coupon program back in 2003. It was a great little radio for picking up distant AM and short wave radio stations, and local FM stations. It only takes 2 x AA batteries, and it's great to use during an emergency during a power outage. It's very light weight, and this is like the modern transistor radio of today. I use a reeled up long wire antenna for to help improve short wave radio reception, and sometimes FM reception. I use the radio during the night to hear the 49 meter band to different stations from other parts of the world that are sent my short wave radio relay stations. It receives different bands during the day and night time hours. It's very essential for using the radio receiver to check for band conditions to see where the strongest short wave broadcasts are available each day. Yes, I would recommend this small portable short wave radio for someone on a tight budget.

A Cool Refreshing Drink 24/7
1 of 1 found this helpful What I like about this tea mix is that it does not have that High Fructose Corn Syrup or anything else that is not good for you. It's very refreshing, and I have had this iced tea back in the 80's and now I still enjoy it today. When I need the energy, I grab a glass of this to help keep me going.

A Good Subwoofer for small rooms too.
7 of 7 found this helpful This subwoofer fits very well in my small second bedroom for my computer DJ studio that runs part 15 radio broadcast operations and the software defined radio listening post. I had to get this sub woofer, because the other company kept on running low on stock on the other competitor sub woofer. This woofer is really one of the best I have ever heard. It works good with a computer, TV, and stereo systems that need something to help with bass sounds using small speakers. I am very happy with this subwoofer, and will buy another one soon to upgrade from the 8'' to the 10'' size subwoofer.
