Pretty
These are pretty flowers. The pink is much darker/deeper pink than expected from photos. They're really light, and feel fragile.

Great Read!
If you or someone you know has regular or occasional headaches, this is what you should read! I have had chronic migraine with chronic daily headaches for 8 years. This book was an exciting, and extremely compelling read. I could not believe none of my previous doctors had recommended it.
It is a simple program worth trying. I myself have just started the diet in hopes to ease my pain. The way that Dr. Buchholz voice is so clear while he has an extremely plain, factual, convincing way of explaining or describing things. I was amazed by the fact that he lists all of the symptoms of migraine and headache I experience and more.
This book should be read by everyone. He explains how headaches work in the simplest and clearest terms. He explains your pain threshold and that it's triggered by many factors and that you aren't a wimp just because you have pain. He provides both scientific and logical information in such a clear way that you will grasp it. He disputes traditional logic for a more clear and concise path of logic that leads to sensible answers utilizing both logic and known medical info.
This book is fantastic. I can barely read as staring at the contrasting black ink on a white page is blinding, and a quick trigger for a migraine. I have read this book twice already. It is worth the headache from reading it to gain a real life understanding of headaches and ways to work to control them.
I absolutely recommend this book!
