Poor quality and waste of money
I bought the for a baby shower, i tied a few balloons together and as i went to pick them up to place them where i needed them they all popped, i thought ok maybe i had static, but every balloon i tied together popped, i didn't even use them, i eventually had to run elsewhere to buy more black balloons, because i couldn't even use them, too thin and poor quality, they are pretty when blown up. However if you use them separately they may be ok, but i still wouldn't risk it
