  The seller stated he was mailing it out the next evening as he was dealing with his studies. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited. I received other items I purchased days after I bought his item and still no package from him. I asked that he reply with a shipping date and he never responded. Asked eBay to assist and was issued a refund. Not to the sellers efforts but to eBay. Bad seller.

The item was never actually taken to the post office for shipment, despite the initial assurance that it would be mailed out day-of payment and the provision of a tracking number. After more than two weeks, the status is the same, with USPS still waiting to receive the package. Reached out asking for a refund but did not hear back. Filed a case with eBay.

  Bought a robot it arrived later than expected not to mention it was very dirty as if it was used to clean pet Hair and when I tried to turn it on it doesn’t even work tried charging it but no luck messaged the seller but still haven’t even got a reply I will surely never be buying anything from this seller again and recommend you stay away as well
