Packet 1 Seemed Defective
I'm not specifically blaming the seller, as I don't think this could be foreseen, but the water purifier packet seemed defective upon opening. It wasn't powdered but looked as if it was wet. I still attempted to use it, but it went in the water in chunks and even after I tried mixing the water was cloudy and looked like it had dirt particles. Needless to say the Sea Monkeys didn't survive. They did hatch and there was tiny activity but they didn't last a day.
