Defective
The conditioner inside the bottle was squished solid, in lumps, unable to condition anything, and thoroughly unusable. I am a hairdressers daughter so I poured water into it hoping it would mix and come back into order, but the water could not penetrate. Utter defective garbage, which is why it was discounted probably, except it’s thoroughly unusable. It was so solid that when it poured down the drain instead of flowing down it clogged it and I had to drag it out with my hands to unclog it.

It’s shiny, it’s strong, and it can be split into the smaller threads. Beautiful colors. 1000% yeses!
