they haven't given me a solution so far
I don't know if it's a factory fault but the fire truck never started, I only heard a fireman's horn, I bought it very excited because my son is playing the fireman and I even bought the fireman's clothes so his game would be more real. well I don't recommend it and I had other tractors, cars are good until now my child plays with these but this one that I just bought never worked and the truth is that I don't have time to make returns
