just what i wanted I have an echo cs490 professional saw with the 20' bar but it runs even better using the 16" chain much faster rpms also make sure
Oregon chains and bars are practically the standard in the chain saw industry really can't go wrong using them

good product exc elent price
So far this is working out just fine like any new complaisance it takes time to learn all its nuances I'll come back latter and update this review when I have more experience with it

it preforms to what I expected at a pro level
I cut and spit 6 cords of hardwood every year mostly oak the past 46 years I've had lots of chainsaws stihl husky and now echo and lots of sears poullans I wanted a saw that can handle this sort of volume and this Echo cs 490 is the perfect saw fora16 or 18 bar yes you can run a 20" but it rpms is more suited to a shorter bar. I'm very happy with the saw and the seller there were glitzes but handled in a professional way I would most definitely purchase from him again
