Small ,useful adaptor

Beem coffee maker
This coffee machine is perfect it brews coffee quickly from either bean or pre ground coffee. It is stylish and compact in size to fit on the kitchen worktop and below the overhead cupboards.
The only criticism I have is that the glass jug has to be inclined at about 20 degrees for removal as the cone assembly above the jug has a spring loaded plunger to prevent drips on removal. The jug must be inclined again to re-locate under the filter.
On the first occasion my wife used the coffee maker she did not replace the jug correctly and consequently it fell out and smashed on the floor.
Getting a replacement from Beem has been a nightmare ,despite two e-mails to their websites site I have had no response.

Good book of anyone new to these lathes
Does not go into enough detail of the defects these machines have in common but does offer advice on how to part off on this lathe using a reverse parting tool and direction of rotation.
The description of how to part off is great of new entries to hobby metal working
As is the chapter on replacing the headstock bearing to avoid chatter.
