Solar check
2 of 2 found this helpful When I ordered this battery pack we didn't have electricity in the back room. I opened up the window stuck the solar panel out side leaned it against a tree towards the sun. I had power instantly and hooked two of the lights up. My room was lit up pretty good. Because of all of the boxes stacked up I will not show pictures of the set up.
I plugged in my sewing machine to it as well as the two lights just to see how well this small compact battery pack would work. When I said small, I meant that it was small enough to sit on the window ceil ledge of about three inches or so. To my surprise it worked great, my room was lit up so I could see what I was sewing. I must of sat at my sewing table sewing on my quilt a few hours at least.
The time I set it up was about 11:43 am (central time). I let it charge the rest of the day till about six pm, then I turned the lights on with the remote control. I flipped the switch on my sewing machine for the tiny light to come on. Yes the light turned on. I gave up before the solar pack did.
I would recommend this solar package to people to buy, it's easy to set up for you're home or to take it with you on a trip.
