Tiffany & Co. Intense Eau De Parfum 2.5oz/75ml new, in sealed box

Very disappointed

Very disappointed even before opening the Tiffany box, it is tightly rapped from the outside, but once I opened the shipping box I see from outside the stickers that supposed to seal the box were ALREADY CUT open and even peeled on the corner!! yes, it's wrapped with plastic film over it, but it's clear that it's already cut open and it's NOT NEW even though the description says so. The inside of the boxes were also damaged and pealed. The bottle seems to be almost full but I don't even know if it's real and I'm sure it's NOT new. If the box were cut open already then it shouldn't be stated as new. Not happy at all.
