Can not be used
I could not use it as universal tap converter bought at the same time from Ebay was not fitted. Waist if time and money.

Awful design and tubes connections quality, making hoovering process as a disaster.
4 of 14 found this helpful The Henry hoover is quite strong, but during hoovering the steel tube is falling apart from plastic counterpart. I need to stop hoovering and put tube back, what makes the whole hoovering process a nightmare. The cable is not collecting automatically. It is difficult to disassemble for taking out the bag. The design is out-of-date. My previous old Phylips (made in Holland) was much better, as tubes were properly fixed. The only good thing in Henry Hoover is HEPA filter. In general, not user-friendly at all. I would not recommend for buying. I was thinking to send back, but do not have time to take it to the post, as it is heavy.
