    Just received the set 3 days later than was originally told but I don’t believe it was the seller’s fault at all! The post office messed up, not the seller. TRACY ANDERSON: THE PREGNANCY PROJECT DVD, 2013, 9-DISC SET FACTORY SEALED

Pretty tough workout!
I like that there's a different DVD for every month. I've done the first four DVDs, and the more I do them, the more I catch on to Tracy's "style." The first DVDs does not have the best prompting from Tracy to let you know how much more you have left, or what to do next. She did much better on the fourth dvd, though, and I'll have to see how she does on the rest. She really focuses on the arms and the backside, which is great. My muscles are sore at the end, although it's not a strenuous workout. Each DVD also has interviews with different celebrities about their pregnancy, which I find entertaining.
