Stopped working aft 2 weeks. Changed batteries nothing. no customer support. You get what you pay for.

Kid friendly design. Sturdy Spout
Great product. My child loves this lid. No more worrying about possible leaking in backpack. Easy flip up design. Solid motion. Sturdy spout. When in closed position the spout doesn’t feel like it will slip or slid open on its own. I would recommend this product. I only wish it came with a straw cleaner brush.
