Probe it to the core!
A great device to get for monitoring a long time cooking such as ribs and briskets. Set it up, have a peace of mind, and wait until the desired temperature is reached. The bottom line, you are using your time wisely!

Weak and useless

Awesome Milwaukee Product.
Used it to cut 60 ft tall, 7 Italian Cypress tree branches. The chain lasted all the way to the end with minor adjustments. Oiled it 14 times. Mounted over a 3ft Milwaukee Quicklock extension to get a 9 ft reach. Saved me big $$$.
Also bought Oregon chainsaw chain cheaper than Milwaukee chain since the chain on the saw has Oregon stamp. My advice is be gentle on the extension because it it bendable.
